You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error will not be accepted for return.
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You may cancel your order before it ships at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return following our standard return process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at team@chrexxonbloxon.world and send your item to the address provided in your return instructions.
